The Agile Project Co‑Ordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery and progress tracking of all projects and initiatives. This role operates at a high level of detail, coordinating a high volume of concurrent initiatives and ensuring clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities. Working closely with the Innovation Co‑Ordinator (Scrum Lead), the Agile Project Co‑Ordinator ensures that agile ways of working are applied consistently and that delivery teams remain aligned to agreed objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all projects and initiatives
- Maintain a clear, up‑to‑date view of delivery progress across a high volume of initiatives
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple workstreams
- Support agile delivery using Scrum and related methodologies
- Work closely with the Innovation Co‑Ordinator (Scrum Lead) on sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure delivery artefacts such as backlogs, roadmaps, and status reports are accurate and current
- Facilitate coordination between product, technology, and business stakeholders
- Provide clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders on delivery status and issues
- Promote consistent agile ways of working across teams and initiatives
