About the Company:
Investigo are exclusively partnering with a leading provider of business services. Their operations cover numerous countries and the business employs over 2,000 people across multiple branches. Our client is private equity backed and are looking to continue their rapid growth plans. Due to this growth, they are now looking to recruit a FP&A Business partner to work alongside the Sales & Marketing channels.
The newly created role will play a key part in driving the growth of the UK business reporting to the Head of FP&A and supporting the Business Development Director and Commercial Director with commercial insights, opportunities and plans to deliver the growth targets. They will become a trusted partner to the leadership team as well as integrate into the commercial teams to provide insight and commercial challenge to drive forward go-to-market business performance with a customer first focus.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the sales & marketing budgeting and forecasting i. Sales less materials, plus sales headcount and marketing costs.
- P&L performance management identifying risks and opportunities to the Exec, creating robust plans to optimise sales and marketing effectiveness KPIs, of course correcting where required.
- Business Partner the Business Development and Commercial Directors to drive commercial discipline through the sales and marketing to drive the delivery of their targets and optimise profitability through analysis and insight.
- Provide a deep understanding of the profitability of new placements through the commercial organisation to drive machine service sales that drive optimal profitability for the business whilst delivering for the customer.
- Provide insight and analysis on marketing effectiveness to support the further investment in inbound lead generation required to accelerate the growth of the business.
- Production and distribution of monthly insight packs & management presentations.
- Create, refine and automate reporting tools / models / dashboards that provide analysis and insight into KPIs focused on optimising placements, pricing, margins and reducing pulls, thus enabling the business leadership to make timely, accurate, and fact-based decisions.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Fast paced industry experience such as Retail, FMCG or B2B Services in a high growth environment
- Previous experience in FP&A and or Business Partnering essential
