We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join a fast paced FP&A team. In this high-impact role, you will provide strategic finance leadership, guide business decisions, and lead a team of three talented FBPs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the build and development of a strong FP&A team
- Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders, Group, Accounts and Business Partnering colleagues
- Challenging the business on the robustness of plan and forecast assumptions ensuring optimisation of financial performance
- Support the wider FP&A with Group requests, analysis and consolidation support
- Provide financial management expertise, analysis and insight to inform and contribute to decision making
- Refine, enhance and manage the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle with focus on consolidation of results and Group requirements
- Influence business decision-making through engagement with key stakeholders
- Develop and provide regular value add management information to senior stakeholders
- Support in the production of the annual planning cycle and regular forecasting
- Ensure there is an effective control framework
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record in both FP&A and financial reporting within the financial services sector. Previous team management experience would also be highly advantageous.
