Location: Archway, North London. Office based role
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum + benefits
Job Role:
- Responsible for leading on the preparation of statutory accounts
- Accountable for the half-year and year end accounts for the group
- Preparation of technical accounting memorandums
- Prepare and file all corporation tax requirements within statutory deadlines
- Preparation and finalisation of accounts and associated VAT and tax returns
- Management accounts, budgets and forecasts
- Overview of general tax planning
- Managing work flow and ensuring client deadlines are met
- Reporting to and liaising directly with partners and clients
- Assisting partners with practice management functions to grow the firm
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Hands on accounts prep experience is essential
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Great team player, able to business partner with the wider company and investors
