We have currently parnetnered with a leading Financial Services client looking for a Capability Lead, who will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding journey for corporate clients, ultimately contributing to client satisfaction and retention.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong programme and/or product ownership background
- Deep understanding of Corporate KYC/AML/CDD and regulatory onboarding obligations.
- Experience delivering digitised client journeys (ideally with front-end components).
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across product, tech, ops and risk.
- Experience in Financial Services or Banking
