A Finance Analyst role for an ambitious Part-Qualified or Finalist level Accountant within a well-established, international business operating across Europe, with a strong commercial focus and a collaborative finance function. The organisation partners with a wide network of regional stakeholders and offers a dynamic environment within a high-performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Owning AR/AP reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting month-end close to ensure accurate and complete reporting
- Analysing revenue, gross margin, and performance trends
- Assisting with commission calculations, accruals, and incentive schemes
- Producing clear, audit-ready financial analysis and reconciliations
- Acting as a key contact for finance queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying data issues and providing actionable insights
- Driving improvements in financial controls and processes
What’s Required
- Part-qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- Experience in a finance analyst or similar role
- Strong experience with reconciliations, AR/AP, and month-end processes
- Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience in a multi-country or European environment is advantageous but not essential to apply
