Investigo has partnered with a leading energy trading organisation that is seeking a Senior Techno‑Functional Business Analyst with strong LNG experience and Planlogic EOS expertise to support a major LNG trading and logistics programme. The role involves working across front office, operations, and technology to deliver enhancements and integrations within a complex ETRM landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with traders, risk and operations teams to gather requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Support the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle.
- Configure and enhance LNG trading instruments (cargoes, freight, storage).
- Work with development teams on OpenComponents/JVS solutions.
- Support upgrades, testing and releases.
- Work across LNG logistics workflows (nominations, inventory, cargo lifecycle).
- Exposure to APIs, messaging (Kafka/MQ), JSON/XML.
Required Experience
- Planlogic EOS experience.
- Proven Techno‑Functional BA background in energy/commodities.
- Deep knowledge of LNG trading and the trade lifecycle.
- Experience with front office stakeholders.
- Strong C# and SQL / data analytical skills.
