IT Technical Analyst

Role Overview
The IT Technical Analyst is responsible for evaluating, understanding, and analyzing technology systems and services. The role involves identifying areas for improvement and providing analytical support to drive the implementation of IT systems through our delivery towers that meet organizational goals and optimize business processes.
The analyst gathers feedback from sources such as PMs, BAs, Engineers, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Developers to assist in designing and implementing systems and troubleshooting issues. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, requiring strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders.
