We're partnering with a large, consumer-facing business to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager to support a key operational division.

This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, helping shape commercial decisions, drive revenue performance, and influence business strategy.

Working closely with both commercial and operational teams, you'll spend the majority of your time focused on business partnering and decision support, with a smaller element of reporting, forecasting and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner senior operational and commercial stakeholders to drive performance and profitability
  • Provide insight and challenge around revenue, sales performance, promotions, pricing and commercial initiatives
  • Support strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis and modelling
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities for your business area
  • Deliver clear, actionable insight rather than simply reporting numbers
  • Build strong relationships across finance and the wider business

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven commercial finance/business partnering experience within a large, complex organisation
  • Strong revenue-focused commercial finance background, not purely cost control
  • Experience within retail, hospitality, leisure, consumer goods or another customer-facing environment is highly desirable
  • Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
  • Ambitious, proactive and looking for a role with genuine career progression
