£65,000 – £70,000 + 10% bonus and great benefits

Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly financial close, including preparation of management accounts and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting in line with relevant accounting standards.
- Business Partner with various stakeholders across the business, driving key business decisions.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all revenue and cost areas.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead credit control efforts to optimise cash flow and minimise risk.
- Partner with external auditors to support audit processes and deliverables.
- Deliver clear, insightful financial reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive cost efficiency through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support system and process improvements to enhance reporting and control.
