Finance Assistant

Hertford- Hybrid

Salary- £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of bank reconciliations-keeping things clean, accurate, and up to date.
  • Supporting revenue and deferred income reconciliation weekly and monthly.
  • Managing aged debtor and creditor reports, resolving ledger issues.
  • Processing employee expenses and credit card reconciliations with precision.
  • Assisting with supplier set-up, coding queries, invoice follow-ups, and preparing payment runs.
  • Helping produce audit-ready documentation and month-end journals.
  • Supporting balance sheet reconciliations and other finance tasks.
