A Finance Analyst role for an ambitious Part-Qualified or Finalist level Accountant within a well-established, international business operating across Europe, with a strong commercial focus and a collaborative finance function. The organisation partners with a wide network of regional stakeholders and offers a dynamic environment within a high-performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Owning AR/AP reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting month-end close to ensure accurate and complete reporting
  • Analysing revenue, gross margin, and performance trends
  • Assisting with commission calculations, accruals, and incentive schemes
  • Producing clear, audit-ready financial analysis and reconciliations
  • Acting as a key contact for finance queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying data issues and providing actionable insights
  • Driving improvements in financial controls and processes

What’s Required

  • Part-qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
  • Experience in a finance analyst or similar role
  • Strong experience with reconciliations, AR/AP, and month-end processes
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience in a multi-country or European environment is advantageous but not essential to apply
