ER ADVISOR – FULLY REMOTE
I am currently hiring for an ER Advisor for a global business, seeking someone who can start ASAP!
Applicants MUST be available immediately and MUST have a valid DBS.
Seeking someone who has strong ER experience!
Location: Fully Remote, but for occasional meetings must be able to get to London.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and be responsible for complex ER cases.
- Strong ER knowledge and experience.
- Able to provide advice to the wider company on HR policies.
- Work within an HR team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Ensure the UK entity is following employment law and best practices.
- Responsible for managing redundancies and restructures.
Minimum Requirements:
