Working with an FMCG client who needs an Enterprise Data Architect to create strategy and models to help consolidate disparate data sources and systems into a core HCM.

1. Enterprise / Solution architecture
2. HR Data Essential
3. HCM / Payroll / T&A
4. Data Migration strategy and execution
5. Strong communication
6. Workday experience preferred
