Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to capture and validate requirements.
- Analyse current and future-state business processes and identify efficiencies, risks, and dependencies.
- Produce high-quality documentation including requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the development of business cases and benefits assessments for proposed solutions.
- Work collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
- Assist with backlog refinement, prioritisation, and sprint planning activities.
- Assess impacts across systems, data flows, and operational processes.
- Ensure solutions align with organisational governance, security, compliance, and data management standards.
- Support testing, change readiness, and stakeholder adoption activities where required.
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Proven Business Analysis experience gained within technology-enabled change programmes.
- Strong background in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related customer or operational business applications.
- Understanding of CRM platforms and how they support customer engagement, service delivery, and operational processes.
- Experience producing clear and comprehensive analysis artefacts for both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ability to operate effectively in environments where priorities and requirements may evolve.
Desirable
- Experience working with enterprise Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform capabilities.
- Exposure to systems integration, data migration, or API-led delivery initiatives.
- Understanding of data governance, information management, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience supporting automation, workflow optimisation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
- Experience working within complex or regulated organisations.
