Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to capture and validate requirements.
  • Analyse current and future-state business processes and identify efficiencies, risks, and dependencies.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the development of business cases and benefits assessments for proposed solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
  • Assist with backlog refinement, prioritisation, and sprint planning activities.
  • Assess impacts across systems, data flows, and operational processes.
  • Ensure solutions align with organisational governance, security, compliance, and data management standards.
  • Support testing, change readiness, and stakeholder adoption activities where required.

Experience & Skills

Essential

  • Proven Business Analysis experience gained within technology-enabled change programmes.
  • Strong background in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related customer or operational business applications.
  • Understanding of CRM platforms and how they support customer engagement, service delivery, and operational processes.
  • Experience producing clear and comprehensive analysis artefacts for both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ability to operate effectively in environments where priorities and requirements may evolve.

Desirable

  • Experience working with enterprise Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform capabilities.
  • Exposure to systems integration, data migration, or API-led delivery initiatives.
  • Understanding of data governance, information management, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience supporting automation, workflow optimisation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
  • Experience working within complex or regulated organisations.
