This is an exceptional opportunity for a newly qualified accountant who wants to sit at the heart of revenue growth, influence key commercial decisions, and partner directly with senior sales leaders and business owners. We're partnering with a market-leading consumer brand with a national footprint, seeking an ambitious Commercial Finance Manager to support one of its most commercially dynamic divisions. This role offers significant visibility, exposure to senior stakeholders, and a genuine opportunity to shape profitability across a large and growing business.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional finance role. You'll work directly alongside sales teams and external business partners, helping to drive revenue, maximise margins, evaluate commercial opportunities and challenge decision-making through insightful financial analysis. You'll be involved in:

  • Business partnering with senior sales and commercial teams
  • Supporting negotiations and evaluating commercial deals
  • Driving margin improvement initiatives
  • Analysing pricing, promotional activity and profitability
  • Working closely with external business partners and operators
  • Building financial models and delivering actionable insights
  • Supporting strategic decision making through data-led recommendations
  • Identifying risks and opportunities across revenue streams
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

About You

We're looking for an ambitious newly qualified accountant who wants to accelerate their career in a highly commercial environment. You'll likely be:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or recently qualified)
  • Trained within industry, practice or a large corporate environment
  • Already demonstrating strong business partnering skills
  • Commercially curious with a genuine interest in how businesses make money
  • Confident challenging and influencing non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong analytically with excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
