This role is seeking someone who can work for a professional business, working closely with a high network individual and their multiple companies. This is an office based position.
Location: Mayfair, London (x5 days a week in the office). Close to Green Park station.
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + company benefits
Job Description
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Producing cash and revenue report on a monthly basis
- Import bank statements and match balances
- Reconciling bank transactions
- Invoice Processing in Xero
- Manage cash flow for different entities
- Process monthly payroll and freelance payments
- In charge of payment run, VAT return and client refunds
- Making sure inter-company balances are checked
- Payroll, ensuring staff are paid on time
Personal Skills and Attributes:
- Ideally have used XERO
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good at multitasking and prioritising work load
- Great team player, positive and “can do” attitude
- Maturity, trusted as dealing with alot of confidential information
