IGS is seeking experienced and highly skilled PIP2 accredited investigators to support live investigations on an initial 6-month contract. We are looking for investigation professionals to join our team, offering your expertise to help develop and progress complex cases. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start, and while the initial contract is for 6 months, there is a high possibility of extension due to demand.
Role & Responsibilities
Your experience will be vital in supporting colleagues and helping to drive investigations forward. We are particularly interested in candidates with proven experience in:
- Child Protection Referral Hubs
- Adult Safeguarding
You will be supporting by identifying further lines of enquiry, obtaining comprehensive evidential statements, conducting investigative duties, gathering key intelligence and working within a hard-working and focused teams' environment.
We offer:
- Β£170 per day (paye)
- Accrued holiday pay
- Monday to Friday, 0800/0900 β 1600/1700
We are seeking individuals who are:
- PIP2 accredited with proven experience in conducting serious or complex or PVP/safeguarding investigations.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in high-pressure environments with potentially challenging cultures and processes.
- Analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Collaborative, providing valuable information, advice, and guidance to colleagues.
- Effective Communicators, with excellent report-writing abilities.

This is an office-based role, however remote work is at the Supervisor's discretion. You will need to be vetted to NPPV 3.
