A hands-on, client-facing role in a delivery-focused Service Team, maintaining and evolving live software systems that support client solutions. 3 years’ commercial experience is ideal. Candidates must have or be eligible for SC clearance.
Role Highlights:- Maintain, enhance and deploy production applications using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Develop new features, improvements, and integrations based on client feedback, service metrics, or evolving requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve live system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
- Participate in agile delivery, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and service review meetings.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, engineers, and analysts, presenting technical updates clearly and professionally.
- Support automation of monitoring, testing, and deployment pipelines, contributing to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure applications remain secure, performant, and aligned with service-level objectives (SLOs/SLAs).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery processes, technical standards, and team practices.
