Business Analyst – Foreign Government Advisory

We are looking for a confident, articulate Business Analyst to support a high-profile foreign government advisory project. This role offers hands-on exposure to reform, focusing on modernisation, process optimisation, and strategic advisory. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can think strategically and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with foreign government clients, supporting process optimisation and reform.
- Analyse existing operational processes, identifying efficiencies and innovation opportunities.
- Support data analysis and reporting, helping shape policy recommendations.
- Assist in evaluating procurement systems and technology solutions.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant (consulting, procurement, or public sector transformation preferred). Note more senior BAs are encouraged.
- Strong client engagement and communication skills – polished, professional, and comfortable with senior stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of procurement processes and tendering frameworks from previous projects is preferred. Exposure to politics/public sector is a plus.
- Sharp, adaptable, and eager to learn in a high-impact advisory context.
