We are currently looking for a Workday trainer to support our client with a rollout and adoption of Workday.
Working closely with the Training Lead, the role will be responsible for coordinating training activities, developing and updating learning materials, delivering instructor-led sessions, and providing post-go-live support to end users.
Key Responsibilities Training Planning Coordination Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of Workday training activities across a range of stakeholder groups.
Coordinate training logistics, including session management, attendee communications, and attendance tracking.
Ensure learning programmes are delivered in line with project timelines and readiness plans.
Maintain training records and reporting to support overall programme governance.
Learning Materials Content Development Update and align existing training documentation with established project branding, templates, and quality standards.
Adapt and enhance e Learning content to ensure consistency, usability, and engagement.
Create and maintain user guides, quick-reference materials, training presentations, and supporting resources.
Ensure learning content reflects approved business processes and system functionality.
