A Software Developer (C#/.NET & Microsoft Stack) is required to join a growing technology team, responsible for the development, support, and continuous improvement of internal business systems. This role will work across the full software development life cycle, delivering new solutions, enhancing existing platforms, and supporting business-critical applications across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, Visual Studio, and Microsoft development technologies across web and Windows-based platforms.
- Develop and optimise SQL Server solutions, including database design, queries, stored procedures, reporting, and performance improvements.
- Support the ongoing development and maintenance of business-critical systems, including Microsoft Business Central.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, contributing to system design, architecture, and successful delivery.
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs and connected services.
- Deliver custom development projects from initial requirements through to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Investigate and resolve complex software issues to ensure application reliability, security, and performance.
- Maintain strong standards around data integrity, documentation, and development best practices.
- Support continuous improvement across systems, processes, and development practices.
- Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Power Platform, and Power Apps would be an advantage.
