A well established organisation based in Solihull Town Centre are seeking a Customer Operations Administrator on a 6 month contract. The Customer Operations and Excellence department delivers an exceptional customer experience through efficient operations, continuous improvement, collaboration and the effective use of technology.

As Customer Operations Administrator, your role will include:

  • Customer and Query Management: Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely information and services, resolving queries in line with agreed processes.
  • Performance and Quality Delivery: Deliver work accurately and consistently in line with agreed service levels, quality standards, and performance measures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and operational efficiency, and contribute to implementing agreed improvements.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work with colleagues across the team and wider business to resolve queries, share knowledge, and continuously develop customer, process, and industry understanding.

The appointed candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely and helpful support.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to process information accurately and maintain agreed quality standards.

  • Previous experience within Customer Operations or a customer-focussed operational environment.
