SC Cleared ServiceNow Platform Architect

SC Cleared | Hybrid | Travel down to South West UK 1-2 times per month | Inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to support in the early stages of a transformation programme migrating customer data from Dynamics CRM into ServiceNow CSM.

You'll lead on looking at current data and work to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, designing, governing, and scaling the ServiceNow platform. This will be a 3-6 month initial contract, rate will be inside IR35.

Key Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance.
• Proven customer experience, ideally Dynamics CRM to ServiceNow CSM.

Platform and solution architecture

Strong experience designing enterprise platforms across ServiceNow and surrounding services/APIs.

Integration architecture

Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, system-of-record boundaries, event/workflow integration and data flows.

Identity, access and entitlement

Good understanding of CIAM, SSO, OAuth/OIDC-style identity patterns, roles and entitlements, ideally with experience integrating platforms such as Auth0.

Security, NFRs and operational architecture

Able to build security, resilience, observability, auditability, supportability and service management into the architecture rather than treating them as later delivery activities.

Architecture leadership and pragmatic decision-making

Able to work across delivery teams, Enterprise Architecture, security, ServiceNow specialists, product/service owners and external suppliers.

This will be a contract role around 3-6 months. Rate will be negotiable dependent on experience etc.

Active SC clearance is required, and ideally public sector experience also!
