A leading financial services organisation is growing its internal change capability and is looking for a Demand Analyst/Portfolio Analyst to support the ongoing maturity of its portfolio management processes. This role will play a key part in building the organisation's capabilities in Business Value Realisation, Stakeholder Engagement, Budget Management, and Portfolio Governance. You'll work closely with the Business Change and Business Analysis teams to ensure new initiatives are effectively captured, assessed, and prioritised for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of ideation and early-stage demand across the change portfolio
  • Help manage the production of artefacts and data to support portfolio planning and prioritisation
  • Maintain central demand repositories and ensure alignment across business and delivery teams
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve visibility of pipeline initiatives and capacity
  • Contribute to process improvement and the wider portfolio maturity roadmap

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of demand management principles in a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Experience using demand tools and PPM platforms (eg Planview, Clarity, or similar)
  • Good understanding of change management, project delivery life cycles, and portfolio planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Comfortable working with data, confident communicating with senior stakeholders, and detail-oriented in delivery environments
