We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development and Change Partner to join a unique Higher Education Institution, that is highly respected, ambitious, with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for their community, students and stakeholders. This forwardâthinking London University is about to undergo significant transformation, and in this 6âmonth fixedâterm role, you'll collaborate closely with senior leadership across both academic and professional services, to scope, design, develop, and deliver strategic organisational development initiatives aligned with a new Target Operating Model (TOM). As a newly created role, reporting to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development, this is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and play a critical role in shaping the future of this organisation.
Responsibilities
- Leading organisational development and change initiatives, from design to delivery.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that drive engagement and culture change.
- Supporting the leadership team through complex change, including restructuring and governance review.
- Facilitating workshops, presenting to the board, and leading stakeholder engagement.
- Driving innovative change strategies, ensuring they align with overall organisational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven specialist in organisational development, leadership and management development.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with a handsâon, adaptable approach.
- Demonstrable experience with organisation design, supporting with the implementation of TOM change management, capability mapping, assessing change readiness and continuous improvement capability.
- Resilience, adaptability and confidence operating in a dynamic, fastâpaced environment.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to influence at all levels.
- Previous experience within the University sector beneficial but not necessary.
