We're looking for an experienced Service Now Data Analyst / Data Migration Specialist to support in the early stages of a transformation programme migrating customer data from Dynamics CRM into Service Now CSM.
This is a hands-on role for a proven doer, not a junior analyst.
You'll lead on looking at current data, data cleansing, validation and migration activities, working with complex customer hierarchies, account structures and user data to improve customer journeys and service delivery.
Key Requirements
- Active SC Clearance.
- Proven customer data migration experience, ideally Dynamics CRM to Service Now CSM.
- Strong data cleansing, validation and data quality expertise.
- Experience managing complex customer and account data structures.
- Ability to influence data governance, GDPR compliance and customer data strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
