About InvestEngine
InvestEngine is everything the modern investor should need. Unbeatable value, market‑leading automation, and built for easy, long‑term investing. We’ve built a strong foundation, have over £2 billion invested, award‑winning service, and a passionate team, now we’re ready to scale.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Acquisition to join our Product team. You’ll be working on accelerating customer growth by optimising the full acquisition funnel — from first touchpoint through to account creation and initial funding. This role is ideal for someone who’s data‑driven, commercially minded, and thrives on experimentation. You’re comfortable owning key growth metrics, running rapid tests, and translating insights into scalable product improvements within a consumer‑focused environment. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Compliance, and have the autonomy to own acquisition initiatives end to end — from discovery and hypothesis through to delivery and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel, from traffic generation through to funded accounts
- Increase conversion rates across landing pages, sign‑up flows, and early onboarding journeys
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve acquisition efficiency and reduce CAC
- Collaborate with Marketing to align product and channel strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels
- Improve landing page performance and CMS capabilities to enable faster campaign execution
- Analyse user behaviour and funnel performance using tools like GA4, Amplitude, or similar
- Identify and remove friction in sign‑up and onboarding while ensuring AML/KYC compliance
- Lead the redesign and scaling of our Business Account (SME) offering to increase revenue contribution and market penetration
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on acquisition or growth in fintech D2C digital products
- Experience with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g. GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely or similar)
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing, and performance marketing ecosystems
- A collaborative and structured communicator, comfortable working across Marketing, Engineering, and Compliance teams
- Ability to translate data into clear product decisions and measurable business outcomes
- Experience working in consumer (D2C) environments; exposure to regulated onboarding/KYC flows is a plus
- English fluency (C1 level and above) — we are a UK‑based company, and the role involves regular communication with the team
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimisation, and CMS platforms
- Experience improving MarTech stack integrations and performance attribution
- Experience building or scaling SME or hybrid B2C/B2B2C products
- Background in high‑growth start‑ups or scale‑ups
How We Work
We’re a lean, fast‑moving team that values clarity, ownership, and transparency. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the responsibility to follow through, and the backing of a team that values clear thinking and open dialogue. We believe in solving problems at the root, not just treating the symptoms.
What We Offer
- Impact from day one: You’ll take on meaningful work from the start, tackling real challenges that drive the stability, efficiency, and growth of our business.
- Room to grow: As we scale, you’ll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities, influence how we work, and help shape our long‑term direction.
- Transparent and open culture: We share decisions openly, keep communication channels clear, and encourage collaboration across every part of the business.
- Supportive, Experienced Team: Work alongside talented professionals who are experts in their fields — smart, driven, and generous with their knowledge.
- Remote first and flexible: Work in the way that best suits you. We focus on results, not rigid hours, and trust you to manage your time effectively.
