We\’ve built a strong foundation, have over £2 billion invested , award-winning service, and a passionate team — now we\’re ready to scale.As a fast-growing investment tech platform, hiring the right people at the right time is critical to our success.About The Role We\’re looking for a Business Recruiter (Business Talent Acquisition Partner) to join our Talent Acquisition team and take full ownership of hiring across our business functions.This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating end-to-end — from shaping roles and sourcing talent to partnering with senior stakeholders and closing hires.You\’ll work closely with leaders across the business and have the autonomy to own recruitment solutions from start to finish, helping scale InvestEngine with high-quality, well-judged hires.This is a full-cycle recruitment role and fully remote from anywhere in the UK .What You\’ll Do Own end-to-end recruitment for business roles across InvestEngine (from intake to offer)Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success criteria, and hiring prioritiesProactively source and engage talent through direct outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing strategiesManage inbound applications and guide candidates through each stage of the processScreen and interview candidates using structured, competency-based assessment methodsAct as a trusted recruitment partner to stakeholders, advising on market conditions and hiring decisionsDrive a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offerContinuously improve hiring processes, tooling, and ways of working as the business scalesWhat We\’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within fintech or investment banking (mandatory)Proven experience hiring for fintech platforms, investment tech companies, or similar regulated financial businessesStrong full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer deliveryConfidence in proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidatesExperience partnering closely with senior stakeholders in a consultative, outcome-focused wayStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles in parallelExcellent communication skills and sound hiring judgementExperience hiring across multiple business functions (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Strategy)Background in high-growth fintechs, scale-ups, or investment platformsExperience operating in a lean or scaling People / Talent functionUK-based and able to work remotely from anywhere in the UKHow We Work We\’re a lean, fast-moving team that values clarity, ownership, and transparency.You won\’t just be filling roles — you\’ll help shape how we hire, improve processes, and raise the bar on hiring quality.We expect autonomy and accountability, but we also support each other.
