About the role
We’re looking for a Content and Brand Lead to help fuel our next stage of growth. This is a creative, strategic role. You’ll be leading our content and marketing strategy to drive growth across the funnel - from awareness to conversion and engagement. You’ll be executing the strategy through our talented 4-strong brand and content team. You'll have full line management of the brand and content team for the first year, covering our Head of Brand & Content's maternity leave. It's a genuine opportunity to lead a talented team through an ambitious period - including embedding a brand refresh, brand growth and product launches. This is a permanent role, and one with real scope for growth as we scale.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading our content and brand strategy - growing our brand awareness, improving conversion by increasing trust and removing friction, and driving customer engagement and monetisation.
- Owning our content and brand channels - website, email, newsletter, social, PR.
- Being the 'keeper of the brand' within the team - owning the brand guidelines, ensuring the brand is consistent across touch points, and building and managing the process and systems to ensure this happens.
- Launching and embedding a shiny new brand.
- Leading marketing campaigns, ensuring that all assets are ready on time and on brand.
- Measuring brand and content performance, adapting the plan based on learnings.
- Leading our brand and content team for the first year.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in a brand and content role, with experience in fintech or an adjacent business category.
- A clear grasp on content and marketing strategy and how to apply it throughout the marketing lifecycle, and can build and execute a content strategy from the ground up.
- Knowledge of what good looks like for content - from landing pages to short form video - and how to get it made beautifully, effectively and efficiently.
- Strong project management skills to keep content production on time.
- Confidence in leading 4 marketers effectively.
- Strong analytical skills; the ability to measure and show the impact of your work.
Nice to Have
- Investment knowledge, understanding the difference between a SIPP and an ETF.
- A strong creative eye and attention to detail.
What We Offer
- Impact from day one - solving real problems that make a measurable difference to the business and our users.
- Room to grow - plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility and evolve with the company.
- Transparent and open culture - regular team updates and open communication.
- Supportive team - joining a team of thoughtful, motivated people who care about what they build and how they build it.
- Remote and flexible - work from wherever suits you best. We care about outcomes, not time zones.
