About the Role

We’re looking for a Partnership Executive to join our team to help manage our relationships with influencers, affiliates and key industry third-parties.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage relationships with InvestEngine’s influencer & affiliate partnerships including:
    • Owning regular communication with each partner
    • Keeping our partners up to date with new initiatives and content ideas
    • Reviewing content that partners create to ensure it meets our brand goals and compliance rules
    • Reporting on partner effectiveness including CPA, conversion rates and customer quality generated
  • Prospect new influencer & affiliate partners for InvestEngine to work with:
    • Presenting relevant partner opportunities including commercial details
  • Support relationships with Asset Manager partners such as JP Morgan to deliver success in our co-marketing efforts
  • Work with the broader Marketing Team to support the growth of InvestEngine’s other account types and relationships
  • Contribute strategic ideas for enhancing InvestEngine’s proposition and growth efforts
  • Live by our core business metrics - aligning our marketing and business efforts as we build on our exceptional growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or desire to work in B2C partnership, marketing, sales or similar roles, in a high-performing team and company or agency
  • Passionate about social media & content marketing
  • Demonstrable understanding of broader marketing channels
  • Analytical and likes working out why something worked (or didn’t)
  • Strong presentation, organisational and communication skills
  • Highly proactive with a willingness and ability to get hands dirty
  • Passion for personal finance
  • Takes as much pride in seeing their team win as they do in seeing themselves win
  • A natural problem solver, and is comfortable asking questions and figuring things out. Isn’t afraid to say “I don’t know”.
