About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and compliant running of our day-to-day investment operations, directly supporting reliable client journeys and strong operational control. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, dependable, and organised, and who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, regulated environment where accuracy and good judgement really matter. You’ll work closely with Client Experience, Product, and Compliance teams, contributing both to stable daily operations and to longer‑term process improvements.

Location: London / Hybrid

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out daily operational processes including payments, withdrawals, reconciliations, trading and settlement, and corporate actions.
  • Complete time‑sensitive tasks accurately and on time, maintaining clear audit trails and documentation.
  • Investigate operational issues and breaks, applying structured problem‑solving and escalating appropriately.
  • Support improvements to processes and controls to prevent recurring issues.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support automation initiatives.
  • Partner with Client Experience, Product, and Compliance teams when operational input or investigation is required.
  • Ensure all activities align with FCA requirements, including AML/KYC, CASS, and Consumer Duty obligations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in investment operations within financial services or fintech.
  • Working understanding of AML/KYC, CASS, and relevant FCA expectations.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline‑driven operational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, thoughtful approach to problem‑solving.
  • Clear communicator who knows when and how to raise risks or concerns.
  • Professional, dependable, and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ETFs, settlements, or ISA/SIPP administration.
  • Familiarity with SQL or operational tooling.
  • Experience contributing to process improvements or system changes.
  • Background in fintech, regulated environments, or fast‑growing companies.

What We Offer

  • Impact from day one: You’ll be solving real problems that make a measurable difference to the business and our users.
  • Room to grow: We’re scaling fast, and there’s plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility and evolve with the company.
  • Transparent and open culture: From regular team updates to open Slack channels — we keep communication honest and decisions collaborative.
  • Supportive team: You’ll join a team of thoughtful, motivated people who care about what they build and how they build it.
  • Remote and flexible: Work from wherever suits you best. We care about outcomes, not time zones.

How We Work

We’re a lean, fast‑moving team that values clarity, ownership, and transparency. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the responsibility to follow through, and the backing of a team that values clear thinking and open dialogue. We believe in solving problems at the root, not just treating the symptoms.

Our Hiring Process

  • Introductory call with our Talent team
  • Gamified cognitive assessment to understand how you think and problem‑solve
  • Competency interview focused on your experience in operational risk and controls (may include a short task or case study)
  • Senior leadership interview to explore alignment with our culture, values, and strategic direction
