About InvestEngine

InvestEngine is everything the modern investor should need. Unbeatable value, market-leading automation, and built for easy, long-term investing. We’ve built a strong foundation, have over £2 billion invested, award-winning service, and a passionate team, now we’re ready to scale.

About the Role

This is a Workplace Experience Manager role at the heart of our London office. You will own the day-to-day office environment, ensuring it runs smoothly, feels great to work in, and supports a high-performing team. Alongside this, you’ll provide structured support to leadership through governance, meeting coordination, and clear documentation. This role combines office management, culture-building, and operational discipline — creating an environment where both people and the business can perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

  • Workplace & Office Management
    • Own the day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring a seamless, well-organised, and welcoming environment
    • Manage office facilities including access, equipment, supplies, layout, and cleanliness
    • Oversee relationships with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, furniture, etc.) and handle landlord communication
    • Anticipate issues before they arise and resolve them quickly and effectively
  • Events & Culture
    • Plan and deliver office events, team activities, and on-site sessions that strengthen team connection
    • Own logistics end-to-end: planning, budgeting, coordination, and execution
    • Help shape a positive, engaging office experience that reflects our culture
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience
    • Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for new joiners
    • Coordinate with People, IT, and hiring managers to prepare workspaces, equipment, and access
    • Create a welcoming, organised first-day experience
  • Executive Support & Governance
    • Support leadership, board, and committee meetings through preparation and coordination
    • Capture clear, structured, and compliant meeting minutes with strong attention to detail
    • Track actions and decisions (RAID logs, Asana, or similar) and ensure follow-through
    • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and documentation in a regulated environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a Workplace Manager, Office Manager, or Operations/Executive Assistant role in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational instincts — you know what needs attention now vs later
  • Excellent written communication — able to capture discussions and produce clear outputs
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and discretion
  • Experience managing vendors, office operations, and events
  • Comfortable using tools like Asana, Jira, or similar
  • Proactive and hands‑on — you spot gaps early and fix them
  • Collaborative and direct communicator who helps unblock others quickly

How We Work

We’re a lean, fast-moving team that values clarity, ownership, and transparency. You’ll have the autonomy to improve how things run, the responsibility to deliver, and the support of a team that values thoughtful problem-solving and open communication.

What We Offer

  • Impact from day one — You’ll take on meaningful work from the start, tackling real challenges that drive the stability, efficiency, and growth of our business.
  • Room to grow — As we scale, you’ll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities, influence how we work, and help shape our long-term direction.
  • Transparent and open culture — We share decisions openly, keep communication channels clear, and encourage collaboration across every part of the business.
  • Supportive, high‑calibre team — Work alongside talented professionals who are experts in their fields — smart, driven, and generous with their knowledge.

Please note: this is an on-site role based in our London office, Harling House, 47-51 Great Suffolk St, London SE1 0BS
