InvestEngine Limited is seeking an Accounts and Payroll Manager to own UK payroll, AP, VAT preparation, and related reconciliations. You will drive process improvements and automation while maintaining robust controls as the team scales. The role reports into the Finance function and collaborates with the People team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations across the business.

In this hands-on position, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll, AP workflows, VAT submissions, and monthly close.
