This role will own the strategy, relationships, campaign execution, and performance reporting needed to make influencer marketing a meaningful acquisition and brand-growth channel. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial judgment with excellent relationship-building skills, understands regulated financial services marketing, and can turn creator partnerships into measurable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the influencer marketing strategy across priority audiences, products, and campaigns.
  • Build a pipeline of relevant creators, finance educators, content partners, affiliates, and ambassadors.
  • Negotiate, manage, and maintain high-quality influencer partnerships.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns from brief through launch, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Work closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, Content, Compliance, and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns are effective, on-brand, and compliant.
  • Develop clear briefs, messaging guidance, tracking links, disclosure requirements, and approval workflows.
  • Monitor creator content quality, audience fit, commercial performance, and brand-safety risks.
  • Own influencer performance reporting, including reach, engagement, CPA, funded accounts, AUA contribution, and learnings.
  • Test new formats, creator segments, partnership models, and incentives.
  • Build repeatable processes for sourcing, outreach, onboarding, campaign management, measurement, and renewals.
  • Manage a team of 2-3 people.

Requirements

  • Proven evidence of running high-performing influencer, creator, ambassador, affiliate, or partnership marketing programmes.
  • A strategic mindset, combining relationship management, commercial awareness, and an understanding of market opportunities to create impactful campaigns with the wider marketing team.
  • Evidence of testing, learning and optimising existing and new verticals, channels and formats.
  • Evidence of building high-quality relationships that deliver strong outcomes for both the brand and influencer partners.
  • Ability to tailor strategies based on each campaign’s role in the funnel, from brand awareness and sponsored placements through to CPA performance.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economics, and content formats.
  • Ability to design reporting dashboards with our Data Analyst to support at-a-glance analysis and optimisation.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with campaign data.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, especially around messaging, disclosures, and compliance.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, investing, personal finance, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with FCA financial promotions requirements.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms, creator marketplaces, UTM tracking, and performance dashboards.
  • Existing network of UK personal finance, investing, money, or business creators.

Success measures

  • A clear influencer strategy and operating model is established.
  • A high-quality creator pipeline is built and actively managed.
  • Campaigns launch consistently with compliant, on-brand content.
  • Influencer activity generates measurable customer acquisition and brand impact.
  • Reporting clearly identifies which creators, formats, and messages are driving results.
  • The channel becomes scalable, repeatable, and commercially efficient.
