Salary: Circa £13.13–£14.18 per hour (£25,945–£28,020 per annum), depending on qualifications and experience Hours: 38 hours over 4 days | Permanent | All year round
We’re looking for enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners and a Preschool Room Leader to join a friendly nursery team in a beautiful rural village setting.

Working Hours
- Room Leader: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:45am–6:00pm, Friday, 7:45am–3:00pm.
- Nursery Practitioner: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 7:45am–6:00pm, Friday, 7:45am–3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities inspired by children’s interests.
- Observe, assess and plan next steps in line with the EYFS.
- Maintain children's learning records and key person documentation.
- Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
- Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
- For the Room Leader role, support and guide the team while maintaining high standards of practice.
About You
- Practitioner: Level 2 or above in Early Years/Childcare.
- Room Leader: Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare.
- Previous nursery or childcare experience.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
- Passionate about children's learning and development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
