With ambitious targets to exponentially grow our UK Private Clients business over the next five years, we are looking for exceptional people to help make it happen.
In this role, you will:

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement
- Develop and implement a proactive client engagement plan designed to maximise sales opportunities and increase income through face-to-face interactions.
- Regularly review and refine your engagement plan to identify missed opportunities for strengthening client relationships and driving sales.
- Create strategies that deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring Investec remains top-of-mind for all their financial needs.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Investec's product offerings, including Private Client products and our partnership with Rathbones Group, to effectively position solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with your team leader to continuously develop and enhance your client engagement strategies, ensuring you connect with as many clients as possible.
- Drive growth in your client portfolio through targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with offshore banking teams (IBCI, IBSAG) and other onshore client groups to share best practices and enhance sales effectiveness.
- Performance Management
- Meet and exceed performance outcomes outlined in your performance framework, focusing on both quantitative sales targets and qualitative relationship-building metrics.
- Continuously assess your performance and identify areas for improvement, including contact strategies, pitching techniques, referral generation, and converting leads into transactions.
- Commit to ongoing learning and development by collaborating with your team leader to identify skills gaps and co-create plans to address them.
- Data, Analytics, and Market Insights
- Take ownership of your client data and leverage CRM tools to drive sales performance and client engagement.
- Stay informed about market trends and economic factors that may create new sales opportunities, ensuring you can effectively engage with clients.
