Overview
In this role you act as the central contact for borrowers, lending teams, syndicated lenders and sub-participants to manage covenants, consents, waivers and related communications. You will maintain Debt Domain sites, oversee covenant diaries, and coordinate information flow across the lending lifecycle, strengthening governance and operational control of the Credit Agency proposition. You engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risk, and support timely decision-making. The role offers visibility across the lending ecosystem and an opportunity to shape complex lending outcomes within a collaborative, agile culture.

Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for covenants, consents, waivers and facility-related communications among borrowers, lenders, and participants
- Establish and maintain Debt Domain sites (permissions, access, structure, borrower invitations)
- Create and manage covenant diaries, ensuring information meets facility agreement requirements
- Distribute covenant information promptly and address lender queries, escalating breaches as needed
- Coordinate consent and waiver applications with internal stakeholders, legal teams and external parties
- Support syndicated lending lifecycle with lender transfers, secondary loan documentation, KYC and withholding tax forms
- Collaborate with lending desks to understand portfolio strategy and volume changes; build cross-functional relationships
- Produce desk-level management information, risk event analyses and KRIs to strengthen governance and oversight
Key requirements
- Broad, complex lending product experience including security and covenant management
- Ability to interpret complex credit, ancillary, and security documents into operational activity
- Strong understanding of lending risk, covenants, credit risk, and portfolio analysis
- Knowledge of syndicated lending lifecycle: transfers, secondary loan trading, sub-participations and agent bank responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage high volumes under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Proactive, accountable, collaborative attitude with trusted relationship-building and outcome ownership
