About the team: You’ll join the Executive Office, supporting the Global Head of Digital and Technology within IBP Bank. The role sits at the heart of the organisation, working across multiple teams and geographies, with exposure to senior executives, business leaders and key stakeholders across the UK and South Africa. The environment is fast‑paced, collaborative and high‑impact, requiring professionalism, discretion and an ability to work seamlessly across a wide stakeholder group.

My Impact: As Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Digital and Technology, you will play a critical role in enabling effective leadership across the Digital and Technology function. Your support will ensure that the executive’s time, communications and priorities are managed efficiently, allowing them to focus on strategic objectives. You will act as a trusted partner and first point of contact, helping to drive smooth day‑to‑day operations, strong engagement and effective collaboration across the Bank.

What do I need to bring?

• Proven experience supporting a Global Head or senior executive at the top of an organisation
• A strong understanding of confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity
• Experience managing complex, fast‑changing diaries
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders across a global organisation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint

• Managing complex diaries and priorities
• Acting as a professional first point of contact
• Coordinating meetings, events and logistics end‑to‑end
• Managing travel, expenses, invoices and leave
• Building trusted relationships across teams and geographies
• Remaining calm, organised and solutions‑focused under pressure
