As part of Treasury & Trading Operations, the Client Service team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional level of service. Acting as the main point of contact for all post-transactional matters and client enquiries, the team ensures a seamless and professional experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities
  • In Client Relationship Management, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships—our key differentiator in the market. You'll guide clients through system demonstrations to help them self-serve via our online platform and collaborate closely with Front Office desks and other support teams to ensure a high standard of service.
  • You'll also work with the Settlements Team to resolve payment issues and queries efficiently.
  • Within Process and Operational Management, you'll keep internal systems up to date and ensure leadership has access to accurate reports and management information. You'll support governance reporting, take minutes in team meetings when needed, manage client audit report requests, and liaise with clients on issues such as missing funds or unsigned confirmations.
  • In Business Support, you'll handle incoming calls and emails, respond quickly to client requests, and proactively deliver a high-quality service experience. Your ability to solve problems and remain responsive will be key to maintaining client satisfaction.
  • For Risk and Compliance, you'll be expected to act with integrity, in line with our Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) philosophy and Code of Business Ethics. You'll maintain a strong awareness of operational risk, meet reporting requirements, and apply a meticulous attention to detail to ensure a flawless client experience.
