How you will provide meaningful contributions:

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives for clients, acting as a strategic advisor on both business and technical fronts.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to drive product innovation, identifying market opportunities and shaping new solutions that generate revenue.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including sales executives, product managers, and engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused solutions.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or fintech, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
  • Expertise in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with product and sales organizations to drive product development and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with high attention to detail and quality when delivering content.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.
  • University degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
