We are currently looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team in Rochdale.

The Role As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to service users in their own homes.

You will support individuals with a range of needs, illnesses and disabilities while promoting their dignity, independence, wellbeing and choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users in their own homes.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
  • Support service users with continence management and personal hygiene.
  • Assist clients with getting up in the morning and preparing for bed at night.
  • Support clients with medication in line with their care plan and agreed level of support.

Experience & Skills Experience in domiciliary care, healthcare, nursing homes or a similar setting is desirable, but we also welcome applications from individuals who have the right attitude and values and are looking to start or develop their career in care.
