The Role This exciting dual role combines HR administration with marketing and recruitment support. You will manage day-to-day HR tasks while also helping to design and deliver engaging recruitment campaigns, strengthen our employer brand, and support internal communications. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, and passionate about HR and marketing. Key Responsibilities * Manage HR administration, including employee records, contracts, payroll support, and compliance. * Support recruitment by creating job adverts, posting roles online, and coordinating interviews. * Design and deliver recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards and social media. * Promote the company’s employer brand through LinkedIn, careers pages, and staff stories. * Create internal newsletters, bulletins, and engagement materials for employees. * Organize recruitment events such as job fairs and open days. * Ensure GDPR compliance and handle sensitive employee data confidentially. What We\’re Looking For * HR or marketing experience (minimum 1–2 years in an administrative or recruitment role). * Degree in HR, marketing, business administration, or a related field (desirable). * Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing for recruitment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Experience with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (desirable). * Creative skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite (preferred).
