The Role You will provide care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: * Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting. * Supporting with medication in line with individual care plans. * Preparing meals and drinks. * Assisting with mobility and moving and handling. * Supporting with light domestic duties and laundry. * Monitoring and reporting changes in service users' health and wellbeing. * Maintaining accurate care records. * Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times.
