Verity Healthcare is looking for an experienced Care Manager or Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care services and ensure the highest standards of person-centred care for clients in the community. This opportunity is ideal for a strong leader with hands-on domiciliary care experience and solid knowledge of CQC compliance and care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day care operations
- Manage, support, and mentor care staff
- Develop and review personalised care plans
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations

- Manage schedules, records, and resources effectively
Requirements:
- Experience as a Care Manager or Registered Care Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence

- Experience with CQC inspections is highly desirable
