You must be willing to develop yourself and your skills.\\nDOMICILIARY CARE WORKERS' DUTIES:\\nTo provide personal care and support to Clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities from door to door\\nTo assist Clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene\\nTo assist clients in getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.\\nTo assist Clients with their medication at the agreed level of support and as detailed in their Medication Care Needs Assessment\\nTo maintain detailed, accurate records concerning care and medication support given and tasks undertaken\\nTo prepare food and drink for the Client, being aware of the Client’s likes/dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural requirements\\nTo provide light general household domestic duties, including housework and laundry, as detailed in the care plan or instructed by Management\\nTo observe all health & safety rules and take reasonable care to promote the health and safety of self and others, and raise any concerns to the Field Care Supervisor.\\nAny other duties requested by senior management that are within the scope of the post.\\nDOMICILIARY CARE WORKERS' SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:\\nSkilled in assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming while preserving dignity and privacy.\\nExperienced in administering medication safely, monitoring health conditions, and following care plans.\\nTrained in the safe use of hoists, mobility aids, and transferring techniques to prevent injury.\\nBuilds trusting relationships with clients and families through active listening, empathy, and clear communication.\\nAccurately documents care provided using care logs or digital systems and maintains confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.\\nPLEASE NOTE:\\nWe provide care for people from all backgrounds, and we are looking for passionate carers who can demonstrate the highest quality of care to ensure our service users are always treated with nothing but the best.\\nWe work constantly to provide equal opportunities for all, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, social background, religion, disability, or sexuality.
