About us\\nVerity Healthcare Limited is looking to recruit a Care Coordinator. We are excited to announce that we are opening a new branch in HAMPSHIRE this month as part of our ongoing expansion. Verity Healthcare Limited is a well-established and growing domiciliary care company providing home carers to clients, helping them to continue living safely and independently in their homes.

This opening represents an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a dynamic company and help steer our operations in this area. This job requires the successful candidate to be able to start the actual work from day one and hit the ground running.\\nThe successful candidate will show a high level of commitment and flexibility and be able to work autonomously but also work well within a team.\\nCARE COORDINATOR’S DUTIES:\\nAccepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users appropriately.\\nProducing care workers’ rotas;\\nEnsuring that the service user's care plan and care worker files are complete;\\nUsing electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers’ attendance and visit timeliness.\\nArranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor;\\nConducting telephone monitoring and service user visits, and ensuring service quality;\\nLiaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders;\\nSupport the HR Team in recruiting care workers;\\nManaging care workers and conducting care worker supervision;\\nRepresenting the company during meetings with officials and service commissioners;\\nAttending training events and ensuring that skills and knowledge of industry best practice is kept up-to-date;\\nEnsuring that our service complies with CQC requirements.\\nEnsuring that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.\\nThe role of Care Coordinator is a key role in the company that will require the post holder to ensure the smooth running of visits to our clients.
