This job requires the successful candidate to be able to start the actual work from day one and hit the ground running.\\nThe successful candidate will show a high level of commitment and flexibility and be able to work autonomously but also work well within a team.\\nCARE COORDINATOR’S DUTIES:\\nAccepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users appropriately.\\nProducing care workers’ rotas;\\nEnsuring that the service user's care plan and care worker files are complete;\\nUsing electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers’ attendance and visit timeliness.\\nArranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor;\\nConducting telephone monitoring and service user visits, and ensuring service quality;\\nLiaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders;\\nSupport the HR Team in recruiting care workers;\\nManaging care workers and conducting care worker supervision;\\nRepresenting the company during meetings with officials and service commissioners;\\nAttending training events and ensuring that skills and knowledge of industry best practice is kept up-to-date;\\nEnsuring that our service complies with CQC requirements.\\nEnsuring that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.\\nThe role of Care Coordinator is a key role in the company that will require the post holder to ensure the smooth running of visits to our clients.
