We work closely with local authorities, the NHS, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), private hospitals, and private clients to help people maintain their independence while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will: * Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes. * Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care, and personal hygiene. * Support clients with getting up in the morning and preparing for bed. * Administer or assist with medication in line with individual care plans. * Maintain accurate care records and medication documentation using company systems. * Prepare meals and drinks while respecting clients' dietary requirements, preferences, and cultural needs. * Carry out light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment. We're looking for individuals who have: * Experience providing personal care while maintaining dignity and respect. * Knowledge of medication administration and following care plans. * Experience using mobility equipment and safe moving & handling techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families. * Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail. * A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
