Salary: £760 per week
The Role
As a live-in care worker in Peterborough, you will live in the client’s home for agreed shift periods and provide continuous, person-centred support tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and continence support
- Helping with mobility and daily routines
- Administering or assisting with medication as per the care plan
- Monitoring health and reporting any changes or concerns promptly
- Companionship, emotional support and encouraging hobbies and social activities
- Preparing meals to suit the client’s preferences, dietary and cultural needs
- Light housework, including cleaning and laundry
- Keeping accurate daily notes, medication records and incident reports
- Following health and safety, safeguarding and infection control policies

- Caring, patient and reliable, with good communication skills
- Willing to live in the client’s home for agreed shift periods
- Able to work independently and use your initiative
- Care experience is helpful but not essential
