Invest Northern Ireland is looking for an Executive Officer II to join our Western Regional Office in Omagh.
Responsibilities
- The role holder will ensure effective customer service by providing support to a busy team, providing a range of office management and general administrative duties.
- You will manage and co-ordinate relevant information effectively through Invest NI's electronic and manual information management systems and contribute to divisional projects aimed at improving service delivery or operational efficiency.
- You will also ensure effective customer service through the provision of advice and information to internal/external customers and planning and co-ordinating activities, events and processes as required, e.g. exhibitions, seminars etc.
The candidate
- You will possess 5 GCSEs/O Levels at Grades A-C (or equivalent qualifications) including English Language and 1 years recent relevant experience in an administrative role or 2 years recent relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Relevant experience includes producing a range of high-level administrative work, the proficient use of IT packages in order to prepare formal and professional documents in a work context and the provision of accurate information in a professional manner in order to deliver high quality customer service.
